New Tynemouth Extension Project Submitted For Planning
We have just submitted planning for a side extension to a semi detached property in Tynemouth.
We plan on knocking down the structure to the side of the property and replacing it with an extension.
This will create garage space that will be utilised for storage and a ground floor shower room.
The extension will also add extra room for a large open plan living area at the rear of the house and give a lovely connection to the garden.
The plans have been submitted to North Tyneside Council and we await their decision.
