Concept Design For A New Extension Project In Northumberland
Greatspace Architects have created a concept design for an extension project near Allendale, Northumberland.
The property is a traditional farmhouse in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is in need of an internal reconfiguration and extra space.
We have proposed a two storey extension clad in Shou-Sugi-Ban with a large zinc dormer. This will house a ground floor open plan living area and studio work space above.
We are looking to submit the planning application to Northumberland County Council in the next couple of days.
