Building Control Approval London

Planning Approval for London Extension Project

We are happy to announce we have been granted Building Control Approval for our three storey extension project in London.

The team have been sourcing building materials for the exterior of the extension and have decided on the following:

  • Rationel aluminium windows and bi-folds
  • Ibstock ivory brickwork with corbelling detail
  • Bauder sedum roof
  • VMZinc grey zinc cladding for the third floor dormer

We are currently in discussions with contractors and hope for the build to commence on site this month.
