2016 has been an excellent year for Greatspace. We would like to thank our new and existing clients for all of their support over the past 12 months. We have been able to establish new relationships and continue to develop our existing ones.
A few highlights from 2016
We have seen the completion of many build projects, such as he conversion of The Oakwood Bungalow and the change of use conversion of The Antlers.
We achieved planning approval for two very exciting new build projects, which will be starting on-site very soon – they are the contemporary Threeways Villa in Morpeth and more traditional Quartet House in the Allen Valley. We are looking to achieve near Passive House standards for both houses.
Greatspace thoroughly enjoyed working in collaboration with Northumbria University’s Architecture Students to develop our Eco Lodge scheme in Low Hexhamshire. The students work was exemplary and we look forward to working with the university again on future projects.
We welcomed our new Architectural Assistant – Fabio Floris. Fabio has already become an invaluable member of our team and his 3D Visualisation work has enabled us to bring our designs to life.
Local web designers Me & Alan have built and launched our fantastic new website.
Finally we have opened a new office in the centre of London.
We have several new and exciting architectural projects starting this year, so please watch this ‘great space’.
