Planning Approval Achieved for an Old Mill House in Northumberland
We are happy to report that we have received Planning Approval for the conversion and extension of an Old Mill house on the River Tyne.
Following long negations with the Local Planning Authority and Building Conservation, we were able to achieve contemporary but sensitive extensions to the non-designated heritage asset building within the Northumberland Green Belt.
Tenders going out next week and going to site in May!
