Greatspace were appointed to rejuvenate an interwar property in Stamfordham, Northumberland.

The habitable space is increased through a two storey side extension to complement the existing property comprising a new welcoming entrance lobby and modern family bathroom. 

A single storey rear extension provides an open plan kitchen diner experience flooded with

natural light via lightweight framed windows and skylights.

The scheme provides a visual and physical connection to the entertainment space and the garden.

The design narrative is a celebration of brick, with the building structure seamlessly merging into the external landscaping space.
